Open: Tuesday – Thursday 11:15 am – 1 pm
Faculty, staff, students: $6
Public: $8

Chicken Vegetable with Rice

Cold Bar:
Assorted Greens with condiments and Dressings
Tropical Chicken Salad
Caprese Salad
Mixed Fruit Salad

Entrees: (Choice of 1)
1. Grilled Flank Steak
2. Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin with Rice Pilaf
3.Sauté Flounder Filet with Lemon dill burr blanc

Oven roasted Red Bliss Potatoes
