Maytag Bleu Cheese stuffed Mock Filet wrapped in apple wood bacon topped with roasted garlic jus served with lyonnaise potatoes

Grilled Chicken Breast Dijon served with blended rice croquettes, grilled zucchini, yellow squash and roasted tomatoes
