Grilled Marinated Flank Steak Burrito with
Spanish wild rice, guacamole, pico de galleo served with
roasted peppers, onions and sour cream

Crispy breaded Pork Cutlet topped with cider jus
served with apple, mushroom and new potato ragout and
sautéed green beans
