Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella and Spinach served in a
natural jus

4. Lemon Garlic Pork Tenderloin served with Roasted Garlic
and Rosemary Bread Pudding in a mushroom jus

5. Pecan and Oat Bran crusted Tilapia served with
